Purchase Policy
These set of conditions about the customer's use of goods and services provided by Micro-Hobby.com, from here on refered to as MicroHobby.

These conditions apply to all sales from MicroHobby, except otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.

Prices and delivery
All prices are excluded shipping, unless otherwise expressly stated. Prices are constantly changing and we are therefore subject to price changes as a result of changed prices from our suppliers.

We reserve the right to deny delivery of all goods based on price changes and if goods are in stock. All delivery times given by us must be regarded as indicative. Deliverytimes means time for the arrival of goods to our warehouse. Elapsed time for picking, packing and any production will apply before delivering the shipment to the carrier. When the time is specified in number of days, then business days are ment, and carrier time will always apply.

We reserve the right to deviate given time without further notice. Any price changes that occur after the order date will not be applied retroactively. We MicroHobby reserve the right to change any possible writing/pricing or any printing errors.

If any faulty information/pricing of significant size from MicroHobby has occured, this may change without exception, if the customer is made aware of the error in advance and within a reasonable time after the error is discovered.

Customer obligations
The registered customer at MicroHobby, is responsible for the payment of the services MicroHobby or MicroHobby's partners delivers in accordance with the present conditions. The responsibility also includes other's use of registered customers access, including unauthorized use, unless it can be detected unauthorized use due to negligence from MicroHobbys side.

None picked up packages
Packages not picked up will be imposed a fee of NOK.250,- to cover our costs in connection with violations of the agreement.

Complaints
Before any defect to the product should be reported to MicroHobby, the customer should examine whether the error is caused by conditions on the customer side. If the customer can prove that the product does not work like MicroHobby has described it to do, the customer must report this to MicroHobby so MicroHobby can take steps to remedy the problem. The customer will lose his right to make a claim if he does not report this to MicroHobby message within 7 days after he/she discovered or should have discovered the defective goods.

Return and Exchange
MicroHobby will as soon as possible after having been notified of any faults of our products supplied by MicroHobby, take steps to rectify the fault. If the customer on its own initiative take measures to rectify the fault not agreed with MicroHobby, MicroHobby do not pay these expenses, nor do we take any responsibility what so ever.

Request(s) for return or exchange and report(s) of missing or damaged part(s) must be received within 7 days of your receipt of merchandise(s).

MicroHobby reserves the rights to entertain requests received thereafter. Most returns are subjected to a 20% restocking fee. There is no return once the merchandise box is opened; as in out of the package or the box it came in unless it was found to be defective. If item is found to be defective or we sent the incorrect item then no restocking fee will be charged.

Clearance items cannot be returned. Exchange is possible only if the merchandise is found to be genuinely defective at the point of receipt. All merchandise returned must be in as-new conditions with the packing slips, warranty cards, manuals, accessories and all other items intact in original packaging. Returned merchandise must be received from our customer before we further process and ship out any replacement.

All merchandise should be returned to us by shipping carriers which provide a tracking number as proof of shipment. (In case your item does not reach us, you might need to check with your local shipping carrier.) MicroHobby is not responsible for lost returned merchandise in the course of shipping. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. For returned merchandise that is found to be genuinely defective, we will ship out a replacement for free and will not charge additional shipping and handling fees.

Refunds will be given at the discretion of the company's management. MicroHobby reserves the right to return merchandise to its customer and not refund money, if we in our opinion deem that the merchandise has been crashed, abused, misused or modified in any form, or has been damaged by water, dust, or other contaminants.

Do not send back item(s) unless you have contacted MicroHobby and have been issued an RMA number.
MicroHobby reserves the right to amend this policy without further notification(s).
